Therefore honesty, integrity and superior orthodontic care in the patient's best interest is our priority and our mission. Our staff is highly trained and dedicated to providing the highest level of orthodontic treatment. We bring over 70 years of combined experience and it is our goal to do everything possible to make your treatment at The Brace Place a positive one. The most important member of our team is YOU! Your cooperation in your treatment is essential for successful results. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your family.
Cindy Featherly brings over 10 years of experience in an orthodontic office, six of those year with The Brace Place. As our treatment coordinator, Cindy is the first staff member that new patients will interact with as she assists Dr. Mason in conducting the new patient consultations. Her bright and cheery personality lights up the office with a positive energy that is welcoming and inviting for our patients each visit. Cindy is an example of dedication to the patients and their overall experience at The Brace Place. Aside from her astounding commitment to our patients, Cindy enjoys being active around the Flathead and in her hometown of Eureka, including skiing, golfing and watersports.
Bev Palmer, our clinical coordinator, has been with the The Brace Place for an astonishing 26 years. When the doctor is asked how long Bev has been working there, he replies "Two years longer than I have!" When Dr. Mason purchased the practice back in 1982, Bev was already working for the previous orthodontist and has continued her commitment to orthodontics with Dr. Mason ever since. It goes without saying that Bev's loyalty and dedication to the office and to our patients is unsurpassed. The Brace Place is grateful to have not only this type of experience, but also this type of person in our office. Prior to working in orthodontics, Bev was an x-ray technician and continues to keep her certification current. When not working, you can find Bev outdoors all-year round with her husband, enjoying everything from kayaking and camping to gardening and shoveling snow.
